The humble home kitchen and its delicacies of Kim Kitchenz have been an all-time favourite for families for many years. What started in 1999 has evolved into today's aromatic curry rice brought to you by Kim's Curry Hainan–a hawker food stall.


The secret recipe was first curated in 1974 by Clement Tiang's late grandfather, co-founder of Hai Jing Lou (formerly known as Oasis), who loves creamy thick curry gravy rice. He was commonly known back then as 程道长 or 'Kai Ye' (literally means godfather) in the Oasis food business and understood the secret to success was the ingredients and methods of cooking them.


The family recipe continued to develop, and his daughter-in-law, Aunty Florence, took the opportunity to enhance the curry gravy further and made it to become a fulfilling dish while preserving its traditional taste. Today, Clement Tiang, owner of Kim's Curry Hainan, successfully commercialised it and made it a best-selling Curry Rice.


The family-run business has been in the food industry for many generations, ever-changing its taste in local cuisines to suit different tastebuds and lifestyles of people. Originally a tingkat, confinement, catering and bento business, Kim's Curry Hainan today brings you flavorful curry sauce, comprising fresh ingredients with the passed down secret recipe.
